Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Managing General Ledger & Transactional Accounting in Twinfield for several legal entities across different jurisdictions, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations, and compliance with local and group accounting policies
• Overseeing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, payment allocation, balance monitoring, and basic credit control activities
• Supporting Cash Flow & Treasury, maintaining accurate data for forecasting, payment runs, and short-term liquidity planning
• Handling Payments & Banking Operations, including preparing payment orders, coordinating approvals, and liaising with banks
• Performing Intercompany Accounting, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Coordinating with External Service Providers, including accounting and payroll partners, ensuring accurate data exchange and review of payroll entries
• Contributing to Period-End Closing & Reporting, including reconciliations, annual accounts, and supporting management and statutory reporting as well as audits
• Driving Process Improvement & Controls, enhancing accounting processes, supporting automation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations

Desirable experience & qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting across multiple areas
• Experience working with multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction accounting
• Hands-on experience with accounting or ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, AP/AR, bank accounting, and intercompany accounting
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations, data analysis, and control files
• Good working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages such as Estonian, Russian, or German are a plus
